AcuTidy is operated by DLG Services, Inc. ("we", "us"), a Florida corporation, trading as AcuTidy. These terms govern your use of the AcuTidy service at acutidy.com and app.acutidy.com. By creating an account you agree to them.
AcuTidy connects to your Acumatica ERP instance using credentials you authorize, and lets you read, bulk-edit, de-duplicate and merge master data records. It writes to your live ERP data at your instruction.
You remain responsible for the data in your ERP. AcuTidy shows you a preview and a difference report before any change is written, and records an undo entry for every change it makes. Reviewing what you are about to change is your responsibility, not ours.
AcuTidy costs $199 per month, per production-and-sandbox instance pair. A pair is one production instance and its associated sandbox; both are covered by a single charge. Adding another pair increases your subscription accordingly.
Payment is taken at sign-up and monthly thereafter. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details. Prices are in US dollars and are exclusive of any applicable tax.
We do not currently collect US sales tax. If we become required to collect it in your state, it will be shown separately at checkout and added to invoices from that point onward — never applied retroactively to payments you have already made.
You may cancel at any time from the billing screen in the app. Canceling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep full access until then.
If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment, we will refund that payment in full. Refunds are issued by hand rather than automatically, so please allow up to 7 days for the money to appear back on your card. After the first 7 days, payments already made are not refundable, and canceling stops future charges only.

We aim to keep AcuTidy available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may take it down for maintenance, and we may change or remove features. We offer no service level agreement.
You may stop using AcuTidy at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that we reasonably believe is causing harm to a customer's data, or for non-payment. Where we terminate without cause we will refund the unused part of the period you have paid for.
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will tell you by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction.
