This policy explains what DLG Services, Inc. ("we") does with personal information in connection with AcuTidy. We are the data controller for the information described here.
We collect the minimum needed to run your account: who you are, which Acumatica instance you connected, and a record of the changes you made. We do not sell personal information to anyone, ever. We do not keep a copy of your ERP data.
Your name and email address, held in Microsoft Entra External ID, which provides sign-in for AcuTidy. Your password is held by Microsoft and is never visible to us.
The address of your Acumatica instance, the identifier of the OAuth application you register there, and the credentials that application issues. Secrets are stored in Azure Key Vault, not in our application database.
A record of each bulk-edit, merge and undo job: which records were changed, which fields, the value before and the value after, who ran it and when. This is what makes changes reversible and auditable, and it is core to the product rather than incidental.
Your subscription status and history. Payments are processed by Stripe; card details go directly to Stripe and never reach our servers.
acutidy.com sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. There is nothing to consent to, which is why you will not see a cookie banner.
Two third parties do receive a request when the page loads or is used:
AcuTidy is a workbench, not a copy. It reads records from your Acumatica instance when you open a screen, holds them for the length of that working session, and writes back what you confirm. We do not run a synchronization pipeline and we do not keep a standing replica of your ERP data.
The exception is the activity record described above, which by necessity contains the before and after values of the fields you changed — otherwise the change could not be undone.
We only send marketing email to people who asked for it. Every such email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops it immediately. Withdrawing consent does not stop service email about your account, your jobs or your billing — that is part of the service, not marketing.
We never sell, rent or share your email address with anyone for their own marketing.
In Microsoft Azure data centers in the United States. Your identity data is held in a directory whose data residency is set to the United States and cannot be changed after creation.
Account and activity records are kept while your account is open. If you close your account we delete your connection credentials promptly and the remainder within 30 days. We may keep billing records longer where tax law requires.
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to processing, to restrict it, or to complain to a data protection regulator. Write to the address below and we will respond within 30 days.
AcuTidy is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we change this policy materially we will email account holders before the change takes effect.
